Planning a Lash Lift? Here’s What to Expect Before, During, and After Your Appointment
Before Your Appointment:
Arrive with Clean Lashes: Ensure your lashes are free of makeup. It’s best to shower and wash your hair before your appointment to keep your lashes dry for the next 24 hours.
Contact Lenses: Please remove your contact lenses or opt for glasses during your visit.
Avoid Oil-Based Products: Do not use oil-based products on your lashes before your appointment, as these can interfere with the solution.
During Your Appointment:
Cleansing and Curl Selection: Your esthetician will cleanse your lashes and choose a curl that complements your lashes and eye shape.
Application Process: Using a water-based glue, your lashes will be carefully positioned. A solution will then be applied to break down the keratin in your lashes.
Setting Solution: After the curl is set, a setting solution is applied to rebuild the keratin and lock in the curl.
Tinting and Rinsing: A hand-blended tint is applied, followed by a thorough rinse to cleanse.
Final Touches: Your lashes will be gently brushed with a fan, and a nourishing serum will be applied to condition them.

After Your Appointment:
Keep Lashes Dry: Avoid getting your lashes wet for at least 24 hours.
Avoid Touching or Rubbing: Refrain from rubbing or touching your lashes to maintain their curl.
Steer Clear of Heat and Steam: For a minimum of 24 hours, avoid heat, steam (including cooking over a stovetop), saunas, water, oils, lotions, creams, shampoos, makeup remover wipes or pads on your lashes. Only use products approved by your esthetician. Direct sunlight can weaken the lift lotion and fade the tint, so avoid it immediately after treatment.
Sleep on Your Back: To prevent your lashes from becoming misshaped, sleep on your back. Lashes are still malleable right after the treatment.
Use a Lash Serum: For the best results, use a lash serum to keep your lashes healthy and strong.
